Vacant Home Staging
Empty rooms read small and cold. We furnish, layer and light every key space so buyers can picture the life that happens there.
Learn moreStephanie Sanchez Interiors stages vacant and occupied homes across the Twin Cities metro — composed rooms, considered light, and a listing that photographs like a magazine spread.
Beautiful spaces. Thoughtful living.
Buyers decide in the first thirty seconds. We design each room so the eye lands where it should — scale that flatters the architecture, layered neutrals with a single warm accent, and furniture placed to make every square foot read larger on camera and in person.
Every project is designed personally by Stephanie, inventoried from our own collection, and installed by our team.

The Process
We tour the property, talk timeline and target buyer, and send a written room-by-room staging plan with pricing.
We curate furnishings, art and accessories from our inventory, then install and style the home — typically in a single day.
Photography shines, showings feel effortless, and we handle de-stage once the property closes.
“Stephanie walked through on a Monday and the house was unrecognizable by Thursday. Photos came back stunning and we had offers the first weekend.”
Services
Every engagement begins with a walkthrough and a written plan. Pricing depends on square footage, number of rooms staged and staging term — most listings are quoted within one business day.
Empty rooms photograph small and feel colder than they are. We furnish the full listing — living, dining, primary, key bedrooms, baths and entry — with furniture scaled to the architecture, art hung to the room, and the soft goods that make a photo feel warm. Delivered, installed and de-staged by our team.
Staging around a family in residence is an editing job first. We work with what you already own — removing, rearranging and reframing — then supplement with rental pieces where a room needs scale, color or storage it does not have. Practical, respectful of your routine, and finished before photo day.
Flips live and die on days-on-market. We stage renovated properties for the buyer your price point actually attracts, with on-trend but durable choices that photograph beautifully online. Fast turnarounds, straightforward pricing and flexible terms that respect your carry costs.
Before anything moves, we tour the property, discuss your list date and target buyer, and deliver a written room-by-room plan covering what stays, what goes, what we bring and what small repairs or paint will return the most at photo time.

About
Stephanie founded SSI on a simple conviction: a well-designed room changes how people feel, and how they feel decides what they offer. She works listing by listing, designing each home personally rather than repeating a formula.
Her approach is restrained and warm — quiet palettes, generous scale, natural texture and a single confident accent per room. The result photographs beautifully online and feels even better in person, which is where offers are won.
Based in the south metro and serving the greater Twin Cities, she partners with homeowners, listing agents and investors.

Pricing depends on square footage, how many rooms are staged and the staging term. Most vacant listings fall in a predictable range that we quote in writing after the walkthrough — usually within one business day.
A staged home reads better in photos, which is where nearly every buyer meets your listing first. In practice that means stronger showing traffic and faster, cleaner offers than an empty or over-personalized house.
Two to three weeks before your photo date is comfortable. We can often accommodate faster turnarounds for investors and agents on a tight timeline — call and ask.
